Booking Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with us — whether via phone, message, email, website form, or social media — you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations (within 24 hours):

A cancellation fee will apply, based on the time allocated to your booking:

Mini valets and washes: £20 per hour booked

All other services: £25 per hour booked, up to a maximum of £150

Bookings over £150: £30 per hour booked

3. No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellations

If the customer and/or vehicle are not present at the agreed location and time, or if the appointment is cancelled at the scheduled time (including by phone, message, email, or in person), the following charges apply:

Bookings under £150: 100% of the agreed price will be charged

Bookings over £150: A minimum of £100, up to 80% of the agreed price

4. Delays & Access

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure:

The vehicle is accessible and ready for work at the scheduled time

The vehicle is not excessively soiled unless previously disclosed (as this may affect the booking duration and pricing)

If delays are caused by access issues or readiness, your booking may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled with applicable fees.

5. Weather Policy

In cases of extreme weather (e.g. storms, heavy snow), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. You will be notified as early as possible.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
