Please read the following disclaimers carefully before booking a service with us. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Pre-Existing Damage

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, swirl marks, stone chips, faded paint, or damaged trim. While we take great care during all services, detailing may reveal existing imperfections that were previously hidden.

2. Paint Correction & Machine Polishing

Machine polishing is a restorative process, but results may vary depending on the condition, age, and thickness of your vehicle's paint. Some defects (e.g. deep scratches or clear coat failure) may be improved but not fully removed. We will always aim for the best possible finish without compromising the safety of your paintwork.

3. Ceramic Coating Performance

Ceramic coatings require proper aftercare to achieve full durability. The stated lifespan (e.g. 1–4 years) assumes regular maintenance and avoidance of harsh chemicals or improper washing methods. We provide basic care instructions with each coating service, and we recommend annual top-ups for maximum protection.

4. Interior Valeting

We aim to remove as much staining and dirt as possible, but some deep-set stains, odours, pet hair, or wear may not be completely eliminated. Fabric and leather seats may take up to 24 hours to fully dry depending on weather conditions.

5. Weather & Working Conditions

Our services are typically carried out outdoors. We reserve the right to reschedule if the weather prevents safe or effective work (e.g. heavy rain, extreme heat, strong winds). If we are unable to work due to restricted access, unsafe surfaces, or lack of water/electricity (when required), a call-out fee may apply.

6. Valuables

Please ensure that all valuables are removed from the vehicle before your appointment. We will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items left in the car.
